Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. If you prefer, you can print and complete the form at home and bring it to your appointment using the link below.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start your appointment by going over your medical and dental history, followed by a completing a dental exam. This includes a careful check of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, as well as any X-rays that may be needed.
Treatment Plan
After reviewing your history and finishing your exam, your dentist will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. They’ll also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and the treatment options available to you.
